The headquarter has always been placed in the industrial area north of Milano with offices in Gallarate (VA) and Milano.

History
Dott. Rag. Giuseppe Guenzani founded the office in 1970 with the purpose to establish a professional and organized structure. Since then the Bureau
has acquired a solid experience dealing with important national and international Companies.
Dott. Rag. Giuseppe Guenzani, with a degree in Economics and Trade, is member of the Register of Business Advisory of the Court of Busto Arsizio, of
the Register of Accountants and Accounting Experts, of the Register of Labour Management Advisors of the District of Varese, and of the Register of
Auditors and Experts of the Court of Busto Arsizio. |

Our staff Our Staff Members are self-employed people who work in team respecting Professional and
Ethical Standards to offer our Customers a highly specialized service. They are members of the Register of Business Advisory, of the Register of

The international activity of our Bureau is mainly focused on business consulting both for international enterprises that want to operate in Italy
either through stable organizations or subsidiaries and for Italian enterprises that want to grow on international markets.
To offer foreign Customers a complete range of services, our Bureau acts as Tax Representative in Italy and deals with VAT refund for international
operators resident or non-resident in EC member Countries. |
